Roman’s key area of expertise is the defence of clients at all stages of criminal proceedings and protection of businesses.

Roman graduated with honours from Law Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and received his LL.M. degree in 2013, and obtained his Ph.D. in Law in 2015.

Roman has more than 7 years of professional experience in national law enforcement authorities, in particular, prosecution agencies and the State Bureau of Investigation, which helps him stay one step ahead when developing defence strategies and tactics for his clients.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse, while knowledge of the law helps protect rights and legitimate interests.
